Gus Gymnopoulos has been part of Canadian basketball for over two decades. He is the founder and Director of Dynamic Basketball Development Academy where he combines his role as teacher and coach to help build the next generation of student athletes. During the past 21 years teaching and coaching at Hodan Nalayeh S.S. (former Vaughan S.S.) Gus captured back-to-back provincial championships and continued to build the program into one of the most elite Prep programs in the country. Gus has supported numerous student-athletes to continue their basketball journey at various post-secondary institutions in the US and Canada. Several of the players Gus coached are now in the NBA including Andrew Wiggins, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, and Andrew Nembhard. Gus was a head coach in the inaugural Biosteel All-Canadian Game in 2015.

Theodore Chan is the Founder/CEO of Global Visions Scouting, providing basketball scouting/consulting service to professional teams internationally and college teams, as well as various personnels in basketball operations/scouting matters. Theodore has a wide range of coaching/scouting experience in Canada, with the Canadian men's national team, CEBL, and USPORTS, while maintaining his international involvement in multiple continents. Most recently, Theodore served as Head of Scouting with Australian NBL's Adelaide 36ers and Director of Prospect Strategy with CEBL's Ottawa BlackJacks. Prior to those experience, Theodore also worked with WNBA's Seattle Storm and ASEAN BL's Hong Kong Eastern among others.

Damian Gay has been involved with basketball for most of his life. He played his university career at Saint Mary's University and Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, NS. While at MSVU, he was a two-time 1st Team All-Canadian and league MVP. He was a captain on the 2008-09 MSVU team that captured a national silver medal. After university, Damian played a year of semi-professional basketball in Europe before finishing his career playing professionally with the Saint John Millrats of the NBL of Canada.

After his playing career, Damian became a mathematics teacher at Rothesay Netherwood School in Rothesay, New Brunswick and started Atlantic Canada’s first prep basketball program at RNS in 2017. Since 2017, the RNS Prep Boys’ basketball team has graduated twenty-five student-athletes to their alumni family. Of those twenty-five, two have gone on to play at the NCAA Division I level and fourteen have gone on to play at the USports level.

Charles Hantoumakos has been a head coach in the Canadian prep basketball environment for over a decade. He is currently Head Coach of Fort Erie International Academy, where he won the 2022 OSBA Championship.

Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Olivier played college basketball at Vanier College. Olivier coached at the high school, college and university levels in Quebec, before making the move to Orangeville Prep.

Eddie Richardson III has been an integral part of Western Canadas growth in basketball over the past fifteen years. Eddie is the President of one of the largest club development programs in Canada Genesis Basketball, as well as the Director of Basketball at the premier high performance Prep program in Western Canada, Edge School.

As Director, Josué’s role focuses on the publication of OPS content for its subscribers and the public in addition to the identification of High School prospects attending school outside of North America. He also manages the OPS’ NBA CBA consulting service as well as its CEBL Projection Model.
